PLACING AN ORDER
Online orders placed before 3pm are processed the same day and sacks will be shipped for delivery within 1-2 working days. If you require urgent next day delivery of sacks please let us know before ordering. There may be an additional charge for priority delivery. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day. Once an order has been completed and your sacks received you have up to 3 months to arrange collection. After this period there may be an additional charge due to any increase in price of our service since your order.
FILLING YOUR SACKS
The sacks we use are 100% recyclable and are like a medium duty bin liner. You can fill your confidential waste sacks with anything paper based. We will accept file dividers, plastic wallets and manila files and there is no need to remove staples or treasury tags – However please remove paper from file folders/lever arch files as the corners will split the bags. Each sacks will hold 10kg of paper comfortably but please DO NOT over fill the bags. Please stick to the 10kg rule as anything heavier will risk splitting the sacks when they are lifted or put down. Once filled please seal the sacks with the security tag provided. The first collection is included with the cost of your Shred Pack.
Once you have filled and sealed your sacks please email email@example.com with your name, postcode, number of sacks to be collected and any preferred collection date. Whilst we cannot guarantee this date will be available we will always try to accommodate if possible. We guarantee collection from Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London within 7 days. We aim to carry out collection for orders outside these areas within 7 days as well but at busy periods there may be a short delay. We will keep you informed as soon as you contact us to arrange collection if it is likely to be any more than 7 days. During busy periods we may choose to carry out your collection using one of our partners to ensure we can guarantee service within the time frame specified. This will not affect your service – all certification, contact and billing is dealt with directly by Waste Paper Solutions.
Please ensure that our vehicle has proper access to load on the day of collection. Any parking restrictions must be notified to this office at the time of booking. Waste must be bagged/boxed ready to be loaded and left in a designated area the night before collection if possible. Our drivers cannot assist with sorting/decanting waste at your premises. Please ensure that all waste is bagged/boxed securely, bags should be tied for security. Any additional waste to be collected after the booking has been confirmed must be notified to this office as soon as possible. Please note we may not be able to collect additional waste on the day due to space and/or weight restrictions on our vehicles unless prior notification is given. All additional waste is chargeable.
