Our stringent chain-of-custody protocols and trusted shredding services guarantee the safe disposal of your confidential material, available for both regular and one-off needs.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Because confidential information destruction can involve data processing activities governed by GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we’ve established a standardised approach. Our services are built upon unique security measures, detailed in our Data Processing Agreement, or ‘DPA’. This is a core component of every customer contract. The DPA outlines the terms under which Waste Paper Solutions provides services and processes customer data. Due to the high volume of customers, we are unable to sign unique Data Processing Agreements for each one. Therefore, we ask all customers to familiarise themselves with the DPA as it collectively defines our contractual commitment to you.
We also explain the technical and organisational security protocols we use for confidential business information in our DPA. These protocols are a key component of our commitment to meeting the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant Data Protection legislation as we manage our customers’ confidential data.
