A very useful service if you are not entirely comfortable tipping even mildly confidential paperwork into general recycling. The helpdesk was responsive and very helpful. The pickup, which I was a bit worried about because it was from a storage facility which I had to specifically get to (and I had problems with another company on a pickup that did not turn up or tell me they weren’t able to), went well. I have recommended the service to a friend. It may reduce questions to the helpdesk if the pickup process is more clearly spelt out in an initial email. In nearly all cases it will require someone to be there and this requires some organisation & availability from the customer side whether offsite or at a business/home.

Leading into a desperately needed de-clutter of our outbuildings, I was left with approx 2 cubic metres of redundant, but confidential, paperwork to get rid of, so thank heavens we have Waste Paper Solutions nearby. Paul and his team are responsive, flexible (particularly when I realised I had badly underestimated the amount of material involved!) and prompt, and they really are a godsend to anyone in this kind of situation.
